YES! The welding process uses a quick split-second spark, also known as an arc, that fuses the chain. A protective barrier is also used, and the spark never touches your skin.

We carry high-quality metals such as gold-filled and sterling silver chains, charms, and connectors. We also offer 9k and 14k solid gold by special order. 

Absolutely! We offer a selection of charms and connectors so you can personalize your piece-whether you want to add a birthstone, an initial, or a meaningful symbol.

With proper care, your piece can last for many, many years until you choose to take it off. While it's designed to be worn daily, factors like lifestyle, chain style, and exposure to certain elements can affect longevity. So, as with any jewelry piece, care should be taken to keep it looking its best.

If you ever need to remove your permanent jewelry, whether for medical procedures, travel, or personal reasons, it can be cut off quickly and easily with nail clippers, scissors or a wire cutter. Be sure to cut it at the location of the jump ring or original weld. Keep your chain for a complimentary reweld when you are ready. If your chain was purchased elsewhere, we can reweld it for you for a small fee. However, if you make a purchase during your visit with us, that fee will be waived. 

We offer a Welding Guarantee. If your chain detaches at the weld we'll repair it at no charge. If your chain was purchased elsewhere, don’t hesitate to bring it in! We can reweld it for you for a small fee. However, welds are always complimentary with a purchase.

Yes! Fine jewelry does not usually need to be removed during TSA screening, so your permanent piece can travel with you worry-free. And in the unlikely event it has to come off, carefully cut the jump ring and bring it in for a complimentary reweld!

Yes, with parental consent. We recommend permanent jewelry for children who can sit still during the process and understand it's meant to be worn continuously. 

We offer one free container of jewelry cleaner per customer which is also available for purchase in our storefront. You can also gently clean your jewelry with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, including chlorine and other harsh cleaning products, as they can damage the finish and/or cause skin irritation. 

Absolutely! We love hosting private appointments, group sessions, and pop-up events. For a group of up to 5, we can host you right here in our studio.
