Appointments & Booking
Appointments may be scheduled through our website or approved booking platforms.
A valid payment method may be required to reserve an appointment. Appointment availability is limited and scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Booking an appointment confirms that you have reviewed and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Consultations
Consultations are available to determine eligibility, discuss treatment options, and answer questions prior to booking a service.
A consultation does not guarantee that a service will be performed. Skyline Ink Studio reserves the right to decline services if a treatment is determined to be unsuitable or unsafe.
Eligibility for Services

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in cancellation of the appointment or refusal of service.
Existing Permanent Makeup
Clients with previous permanent makeup performed by another artist may require a consultation prior to booking.
In some cases, color correction or removal may be required before a new service can be performed.
Skyline Ink Studio reserves the right to decline work on previously tattooed areas if results cannot be safely or predictably achieved.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, as adequate time is required to safely perform services.
Late arrivals may result in cancellation or shortened services at the discretion of Skyline Ink Studio.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the forfeiture of any deposits or booking fees.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may limit future booking privileges.

Aftercare Responsibility
Clients will receive detailed aftercare instructions.
Proper healing and final results depend heavily on following all aftercare instructions. Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may affect results and may require additional sessions.
Photographs
Photographs may be taken before, during, and after procedures for documentation purposes.
With client consent, these images may be used for educational or marketing purposes, including on the Skyline Ink Studio website and social media.
Client privacy will always be respected.
Health & Safety
Skyline Ink Studio follows strict sanitation and safety protocols, including the use of sterile, single-use, disposable tools and professional-grade equipment.
Clients must inform the studio of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to receiving services.
Permanent Jewelry
Permanent jewelry services involve custom sizing and welding of fine chain jewelry.
Clients acknowledge that permanent jewelry is designed to be worn continuously but can be removed if necessary. Skyline Ink Studio is not responsible for loss, breakage, or damage once the jewelry leaves the studio.
Limitation of Liability
By receiving services, clients acknowledge that they understand the nature of cosmetic and paramedical tattoo procedures and accept the associated risks.
